Today many students and working people face stress, anxiety, overthinking, and sleep issues. Many times they don’t share their feelings because of fear, hesitation, or lack of support. We wanted to build a simple AI-based solution that can support people anytime. ❗ Problem Mental health support is not easily available for everyone. People need: Quick emotional support Mood tracking Stress relief guidance Self-care routines Help when symptoms get serious 💡 Solution Mind AI Care is an AI-powered mental wellness assistant that helps users manage stress and improve mental health. It provides: Mood check-ins (daily tracking) AI chat support for emotional guidance Personalized self-care suggestions Breathing & relaxation exercises Simple mental wellness routines ⚙️ How We Built It We designed Mind AI Care as a clean and easy-to-use app that anyone can access quickly. Main components: Frontend: Web UI / App UI AI Brain: Gemini API (for chatbot + guidance) Data: Mood & activity tracking (basic records) Features: Personalized suggestions based on user inputs Challenges We Faced Writing accurate prompts for better AI responses Keeping the conversation supportive and safe Creating a clean UI within limited hackathon time Designing useful features that feel simple, not complex What We Learned Prompt engineering improves results a lot Mental health apps must be simple and user-friendly AI can help users feel supported, but should guide them safely Team coordination matters a lot in hackathons Future Scope In future we will add: Multi-language support (Hindi + English) Emergency support resources Daily streaks & motivation system More accurate mood analytics dashboard Therapist / counselor connection (optional)ation
