Metric Ventures

Inspiration

We were inspired by what happened during the Coronavirus with students and teachers. Having educators in the family, we were able to see that it was hard for them to take care and keep track of their students assignments.

What it does

We have built a game that makes it engaging for kids, so that they want to do it, while still making sure there are the basis of math principals being taught inside of the game.

How we built it

We used MIT Scratch and some HTML and CSS to make a website and the basics of the website.

Challenges we ran into

we had to figure out how to connect scratch and the website

Accomplishments that we're proud of

this is the first time we worked together as a team. it works and it was colorful Deadlines, Color schemes, Making of ideas for the category.

What we learned

To be able to put everything (Game assets, sound effects, etc) together, to be able to have a functional team. We learned a few things about Scratch, learned how to make accounts for Devpost, Discord, and Scratch. Also, how to work together in future hackathons.
