What it does
User-based app/website that shares and compares prices and quality of medical offices, insurance plans, and procedures.
How we built it
Came up with a series of mockups images for the app using moqups.com. Developed in Cloud9 using the meteor framework.
Challenges we ran into
Coding takes a long period of time for one single individual to accomplish. We overstepped our bound for people with coding experience.
Use of Amazon Web Services
Amazon Web Services would provide a space to host the app through and do real time updates of statistical data.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The fact that our idea sparked other people's attention at the Hackathon.
What we learned
Grant need a true programming class.
What's next for Medizon
Finishing the full app and pushing it out so that people can use it.
