An Ecosystem including blockchain portal and an responsive android application to overcome the problem of wastage and counterfiet medicines in Pharmacutical Industry.

How it works? To verify medicine user just have to scan the given QR code to see the complete transiction.

Features: Take back and give back program: User can give or donate medicine in returns of points to retailer, while retailr can host Take back event where consumer can donate there medicine. Retailer can earn passive points using this program and it will lead to reuseblity of medicine.

Doctor appoitment and prescription: For user engagment we introduced this feature so that with medication user can also take appoitment to doctor through application and doctor can provide prescription through aplication.

Past Medical record : User can get their past medical record and medicine history, and share it with docotr or any other persone.

Feedback to genrate medicine data. Small feedback form is givien where user will input simple answers and based on the answers generic data of medicine can be genrated.

Future posiblity: Fake medicine will be vanished if mechanism like medisec will be there. This will make chain of medication simple , trustable and simple.
