Inspiration

We were inspired by the need fro math practices in the world

What it does

Gives parents and teachers a tool for their children/students to practice basic math skills.

How we built it

We built it with our blood, sweat, and tears..... basically HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into many challenges including thinking of an idea, trying to track the position a scrollbox was in, how to position items, how to work with buttons. Thankfully, we ended up resolving all of these.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of our site in general, because at first we saw this is as sort of intimidating. We didn't know how to even move a shape at the start of our project, so we're glad seeing our improvement.

What we learned

We learned a lot about HTML and CSS. We've had previous experience with Python and Java but this helped us gain more with Javascript, so we had a bit of a starting place. We alos learened how to collaborate as a team, and doing tasks, in which it was most efficient for us.

What's next for Math Site

As of our plans for the future of Math Site, we might continue it because it was really fun to make. We might add new pages, like a Main page, a "Why?" page describing why we decided to make this, and credits page. We might also try adding new fun features, such as pictures and more math practice sections.
