ML (machine learning) detects whether food is consumable or not using details such as color, texture, etc.

How we built it

So far, we have a camera app implemented in React on a website, and we are somewhat there to building a machine learning algorithm.

Challenges we ran into

Learning machine learning in 2 days without prior experience with machine learning and incorporating mathematical concepts with machine learning in such a short time frame.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Incorporating camera app onto a website and attempting to reason with a computer on what region of the fruit it should be scanning, but the age of the fruit is out of our reach for now.
