Inspiration

Being a scrum master, it's always hard to keep track of all the daily standups from the team members. We came up with an idea to make an app which runs all the platforms and is very intuitive to use and one stop shop for all the Project Management Activities.

What it does

Visualize projects Create issue, break them into tasks, track relationships, and have conversations. Align and delegate tasks

How we built it

We used Flutter and Firebase to make this webapp, it runs on both web and android.

Challenges we ran into

We were new to Flutter so took time to get used to it. Managing snapshot and sticking to a clean data management model was really tough. Deploying the website on Heroku also caused problems.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we made this project from scratch without any prior flutter knowledge

What we learned

We learned many Data State Management techniques. Learnt the flow of project development. Agile Principles and after all we learnt flutter and firebase.
