Inspiration
In today's bustling world, monotony has taken over our to-do lists. The desire to transform daily tasks into an engaging journey inspired us. Drawing from our love for games, we wanted to make productivity fun, motivational, and rewarding.
What it does
"Level Up To-Do" is not just a task manager; it's a productivity game. Users list down tasks and each completed task gives points.
How we built it
The app was constructed using React Native for seamless cross-platform functionality.
Challenges we ran into
We didn't know react native, the learning curve made us lose time. Balancing the gamification with productivity was also challenging - we couldn't complete that part.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The todo list item parts with history and statistics work seamlessly on multiple platforms.
What we learned
We, being backend Python developers, learned how to develop a React Native app during this event. This knowledge is invaluable to us.
What's next for Level Up To-Do
Integrating the gamification logic we defined. Adding push notifications for reminders. Creating various images for the virtual avatars.
