Inspiration
Leo was inspired by the challenges seniors face when their caregivers struggle to manage medications effectively. Many seniors often express frustration when their medications aren't given on time, or when caregivers are unsure if certain prescriptions are available in stock. This sparked the idea for a streamlined solution that ensures caregivers have easy access to accurate, up-to-date medical records, enabling them to provide timely and consistent care. By reducing uncertainty and manual record-keeping, Leo aims to make retirement homes safer and more efficient for both residents and staff.
What it does
Leo is an all in one tracking solution for those in senior retirement homes. Leo gives caretakers real time analytics for inventory of medication and supplies. Leo simplifies the work of healthcare aides using AI for the Patient Smartfill.
How we built it
We used languages React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS and Firebase to create this project
Challenges we ran into
Some of the challenges we ran into were pushing the files to GitHub, uploading the file into Patient Smart Fill and mainly what components we wanted to keep and scrap in the project.
