Inspiration

Our inspiration was the known problems Ciudad de Mexico has relating to crimes, it being one of the most dangerous cities of the world. This is a problem for everyone visiting the city, but specially those who live and work there. We wanted to lift some weight from the shoulders of its citizens regarding their security, so we thought a web to evade conflicting zones while still being able to go wherever you need would benefit everyone.

What it does

It allows any user to choose two places of the city and the web will automatically create two routes connecting said places. The first one is the shortest one, while the second being the safest while maintaining a short length. Moreover, the web counts with a chatbot boost with the power of LLM to explain the user the reasoning of the paths shown and clear any doubt regarding the routes.

What we learned?

This Hackathon pushed us to learn a lot about AI tools and APIs that help us to develop our project. Thus, a part of having the chance to experience advanced engineering software programs, we also learned about many new concepts and new ways to analyze data, such as clustering with buffers (which delimitates greatly the different kind of places), applying LLM to our web, building connection between them especially, etc.
