Inspiration

Augmenting local community knowledge is not easy. Community leads do trial and errors with lots of interactions to community users, and community users sometime have common questions. Chatbot is a good framework which can have all such knowledge and we hope that Facebook chatbot connects community leads & users with augmented knowledge.

What it does

Trained chatbot has all the augmented knowledge which is very helpful for community members.

How we built it

• Facebook chatbot in a page is where community leads & users interact with.
• Chatbot knowledge is accumulated with a cloud.

• How to connect between Facebook chatbot platform and a cloud for chatbot knowledge
