Inspiration

We drew inspiration from the game of the same name in which an individual is tasked with diffusing a bomb with the help of their friends (who have access to the information needed to defuse a bomb), but their friends cannot actually see the bomb.

What it will do

The goal is to have a two-player game in which two individuals, each with their own unique Arduino board, are tasked with communicating with each other in order to complete various tasks involving their board. The difficulty comes in that the players do not have the same board, so they must talk with each other to efficiently solve the tasks in time that come up on the control panel of the Arduino program.

How we will build it

We are thinking that we want to have each board have a collection of sliders, buttons, knobs, and lights in a randomized order (for the test run, we'll just make two separate configurations of the board). We're hoping to utilize all of the interesting widgets on the board and code it to interact with the players. This might be pretty difficult project, based on how complicated we want to make this board. We're hoping to get a better idea of exactly what tasks we can implement once we have our parts ready and start coding!
