Inspiration
With the emergence of Covid19 and the declaration of a global pandemic, millions of people are struggling with financial health - struggling to pay bills, to get out of debt, build emergency funds, to save for their future. All being the result of loosing their jobs/work opportunities. Admist all this chaos there are much fewer ways to find new opportunities especially for the blue collar workers who were the most effected.
What it does
Jobs - This is the first step towards finding your next opportunity quick, easy and accessible. The job seekers or Employer can quickly login/signup using their phone/email with verification done on the fly. User can create his/her profile and explore multiple opportunities as per their interest based on job type, location etc. The employer is also given access to post available jobs, modify when necessary, track multiple interview requests for different users and also keep a tab on completed interviews and already interviewed/ selected users. All data is supported by Quickbase and the app works with its Quickbase API’s.
