We envisioned a world where AI and humans collaborate to take the job search completely off your plate, while actually improving your chances of landing interviews.

jobr.pro is your personal job application assistant โ built to apply for jobs on your behalf.
It combines:
- Smart AI matching to identify relevant jobs
- Custom resumes and answers tailored for each job
- Human review to ensure accuracy and quality
- Autopilot mode that works even when you're offline
You get interview invites in your inbox โ not application fatigue.
๐ง How I built it
We used:
- GPT-4-powered workflows to parse resumes and generate job-specific applications
- Browser automation & APIs to auto-fill and submit job applications
- Custom dashboards to track application status
- Human-in-the-loop workflows for final review and QA
- ATS integration for better matching and reach
We also plugged into data sources that aggregate jobs from thousands of portals โ including hidden and premium job listings.

- Teaching AI to understand career nuance โ not just job titles
- Avoiding bot detection while automating applications on job boards
- Balancing automation speed with application quality
- Ensuring data privacy, user trust, and compliance with application platforms
- Creating non-generic cover letters and responses that sound human
