Inspiration

As a budding data scientist, I was constantly sending out his resume to companies but wasn't receiving any responses. Frustrated by this seemingly endless cycle, I decided to create JobHelperGPT, a project designed to help job seekers identify their missing skills and prepare for interviews.

What it does

JobHelperGPT is an AI assistant that takes in job descriptions and the user's resume, and extracts the skills lacking from the user. It helps users identify the gaps in their skill sets, making it easier for them to focus on developing those skills. In addition, JobHelperGPT generates questions for mock interviews, helping users to be better prepared for real interviews and increasing their chances of landing a job.

As JobHelperGPT continues to grow and evolve, we plan to expand its capabilities by adding features such as personalized learning resources to help users develop their skills more effectively. We also envision integrating JobHelperGPT with job search platforms to provide users with real-time feedback on their resumes and applications. With these improvements, JobHelperGPT will become an even more powerful tool for job seekers, empowering them to take control of their careers and achieve their dreams.
