Investra is a lightweight SaaS-style tool built as an add-on to Capital One’s interface. It helps users assess real estate investment risk in seconds using AI, mock banking data, and plain-English insights.
We used React for the front end, integrated the Nessie API for mock financial data, and built a risk assessment engine using basic AI logic to evaluate affordability, income ratios, and loan performance.
