Inspiration
Many people across the US lack access to resources to help them invest. This inspired us to design a game to make learning about investing accessible, fun, and interactive. We know that the world of finance and investing can be overwhelming, so our goal is to break down these concepts so that anyone can understand and apply them to real-life financial decisions.
What it does
Our game helps players grasp the essentials of investing, from stocks and ETFs to mutual funds and market strategies, while building the foundation of financial literacy. The game has 6 levels, starting from surface-level information and then getting more and more in-depth with each level. Each level is packed with questions to make sure you’re getting the hang of things.
How we built it
We built it using React, Mongo DB, AWS, Javascript, Terraform, HTML, and Canvas.

Many of our difficulties were in connecting the parts of our project.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're proud that we were able to put something together that millions of people can use. We pushed through the challenges to make something amazing!
What we learned
We learnt so much with through this project! Terraform and Mongo DB were new skills for us to grasp. Learning how to connect Terraform to AWS for React Framework was something new that we'd never done before.
What's next for Invest_Quest
We wish to expand and hopefully put this out for many to use soon!
