Inspiration
I (Chris) am visiting Africa in two weeks, and we plan to run a "tech week" for African kids (on behalf of Hamomi Childrens Centre) in the slums that teaches them how to use computers. I wasn't exactly sure what I was going to teach/do, so we decided to make this website and program.
How it works
This is a three part project. First is a .pde program file that runs the actual tutorial on the PC. Second is an html website promoting our product, and third (to be implemented) is a WIP "IntelliBlog" that creates a mini blog for the African students to personally use.
Challenges I ran into
We came up with the idea late Saturday night, as we had hopped from group to group for several hours. We had all vowed to not sleep at all, but once I began typing in French instead of English I decided to resign and slept for a couple of hours. We also switched from Adobe Muse to make the program to Processing.
