Inspiration Inspired by artists who have amazing ideas but face challenges expressing them—especially those with language barriers or disabilities. I wanted to create a tool that makes creative expression easier and more inclusive.

What it does InspoCanvas is a multimodal app where users can speak or type prompts like “a dreamscape in gold with birds flying through mist.” It uses Claude on AWS Bedrock to interpret tone, mood, and detail, then generates AI-powered moodboards or visual concepts. It also supports multilingual input and features a Learning Corner to teach art fundamentals like color theory and composition.

How built it

Claude on AWS Bedrock for natural language understanding and image generation

React for the frontend interface

Node.js for backend services

Google Translate API for multilingual support

Figma for UI design and mockups

Challenges ran into Fine-tuning prompt interpretation to reflect mood and detail accurately

Ensuring translations preserved artistic intent

Balancing technical constraints with user accessibility

Accomplishments that proud of Making a user-friendly tool that’s accessible to non-English speakers and users with disabilities

Creating a working prototype that brings prompts to life visually

Integrating AWS Bedrock for high-quality AI results

What learned How to combine AI tools with creative workflows

Importance of accessibility in design

Team collaboration and fast iteration under time pressure
