Inspiration
As teaching assistants at the University of Maryland, we noticed our feedback reported from each class we ran was short lived in a Slack channel. Instead of wasting valuable feedback, we wanted to put each lesson to long term use.
What it does
Aggregates feedback from each class and visualizes it over time.
How I built it
We started off with a Next JS empty app and slowly built up a frontend solution. Then we integrated data storage and summarizations, before improving the UI again.
Challenges I ran into
Summaries were being generated before feedbacks were loaded, so we had to delay the summary function.
