The current landscape of bias recognition and prevention in the industry is littered with tools that aim to remove the sources of bias, remove the people who perpetrate bias, and not tackle the actual issue - understanding and being understood. We wanted to create a solution that addresses gender bias and discrimination in the workplace, not by suppressing the symptoms, but rather by creating a safe, personable space where people could come and interact with their favorite women speakers from across the globe. Do you want to empower women to thrive in their careers and celebrate their achievements? Providing them with access to the experiences and perspectives of influential and inspiring women who have faced similar challenges and can understand better than anyone what it feels like is the solution, and we made it possible with the power of ChatGPT!

⚙️ What it does

• A QuasarJS frontend with SPA.
• A ThreeJS render of a museum scene (why? because in a museum people think, contemplate and listen attentively!)
• ExpressJS backend API connected to ChatGPT via system prompts and commands.

🛠️ How we built it

We applied a lot of prompt engineering tactics to set up an API that gives excellent outputs. First, the initial prompt checks whether the given situation is an example of bias If it is, it can be approached by the speaker personally as empathetic support and care or as a guided path, showing the user how their hero would tackle the issue. Then we set up the API in an express server. The have different token lengths for empathy and guidance

We are happy to make such a cool project that has been deployed in a very short amount of time. We are also happy to work on something that can actually have some impact.

😏 What's next for Inclusive Insights

The scalability of Inclusive Insights is very high. We wanted to implement a deep fake-based text-to-speech so that it can imitate the voice of the selected wise woman and read the generated texts. The other feature is to implement more features to the threejs museum.

• More people, more inclusivity, and more scenes!
• Longer and more nuanced interactions with the help of ChatGPT
• Company integration, maybe? 😛
