Inspiration

The simple elegance of form platforms like Fillout, and the whimsical joys of desktop Shimejis.

What it does

Provides the same functionality as IMDB's current new title submission form, while making the contents much more digestible to users, through summarized question fields, clear sections, a progress bar, and fun tooltips.

How we built it

Primarily programmed in HTML, with some minor CSS styling to match the IMDB theme. CSS and JS used to configure character animation and behaviour.

Challenges we ran into

Adding dialogue box to Shimeji.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Scalable, and achieves its main goal: to simplify an overcomplicated process.
