Inspiration

We felt that a virtual assistant could help potential clients navigate the complicated IHS Markit website. It could also be used as direct communication between client users and the product support team at IHS Markit.

What's next for IHS Chatbox

We would work on implementing a fully functional API to connect the front end and back end of our chatbox/virtual assistant.
