The rising challenges of urban housing inefficiencies, including property disputes, unregulated rents, and the lack of affordable housing, inspired us to create a solution that leverages the power of AI and blockchain. What it does
HouseLedger is a comprehensive AI and blockchain-powered platform that aims to address housing challenges by:
- Aggregating and standardizing property and rental data using AI.
- Identifying inefficiencies, affordability gaps, and unregulated rent issues.
- Providing actionable insights to policymakers and urban planners.
- Establishing a secure, decentralized ledger for property ownership and rental agreements, ensuring tamper-proof records and transparency.
How we built it
While this project is in the ideation stage, we propose:
