As the world's largest commercial real estate firm, CBRE has made a pledge to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. This ambitious goal, paired with our passion for technology and sustainability, motivated us to create a platform that could help property managers easily find and select environmentally-friendly office spaces. We wanted to make sustainable choices accessible, engaging, and impactful, transforming the decision-making process into an enjoyable experience through a swipe-based, "Tinder-like" interface.
