Inspiration

I wanted to rate hot people from across the room. See that hot person who's flaunting their style? If they posted a photo of themselves on the app, the crowd judges if the person is hot or not!

How it works

Upload a selfie and rate other selfies as hot or not anonymously. Are you the hottest? ;).

Challenges I ran into

Being able to retrieve images from parse and getting iPhone camera to work with our app correctly. Setting up for iOS development by registering all our Apple devices was time consuming.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Our app takes photos and uses photos from your library. It stores photos uploaded from people who use the app in our parse database and draws photos from the parse cloud to allow other users to rate them.

What's next for Hot or Not

Gets even hotter with more people involved. Planning on updating leaderboard to allow for top 3 hottest people and implementing a Kawaii rating option :3.
