Inspiration

As a team of aspiring health leaders, we were dissatisfied with the lack of all-in-one health apps that monitored our overall health well-being. For a long time, we have seen parents dissatisfied with the lack of options to help their children's well-being. We were determined to finally put a solution on the table.

What it does

Our app collects personalized information from users to define their health stats, providing them with a comprehensive perspective to enhance their overall health.

How we built it

We built our website with HTML, React, and CSS.

Challenges we ran into

As novice developers, our lack of familiarity with the software development process created many hurdles for us to overcome. However, by persevering through these challenges with a willingness to learn, we emerged as more competent and confident individuals.

Our Projects relevance to the Health Track

Our website is an all in one platform for health enthusiasts. It offers a range of tools such as a BMI calculator, BMR calculator, and calorie tracker. Furthermore, our website includes a dedicated section for children to promote healthy habits from an early age and serves as a valuable resource for parents to engage their kids in healthy activities. Our project follows the health track because it allows users to gain a holistic understanding of their health status, which allows them to make better healthy eating and diet habits.
