Inspiration
Our inspiration to develop HomeTalk was our own struggles with receiving massive amounts of homework every night with little time to complete it.
What it does
HomeTalk is a website that allows teachers and students to communicate with each other and shows teachers and students how much homework is being given and how many hours it takes to get these things done.
How we built it
We built HomeTalk using Could9 and creating a table that averages the hours of homework completion weekly.
Challenges we ran into
Our group had plenty of technical difficulties because not everyone in our group is a strong coder but we did the best we could. We didn't have a mentor and had to run around to find some for help for our project.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We had a lot of difficulties and losses we overcame ourselves.
What we learned
We learned easier ways to code and multiple platforms to code on. We also learned more advanced coding skills.
