The huge importance for (and unfortunate lack of) having top tier sales staff. These individuals have an immense impact on the way we make purchase decisions, and thus, retailers should invest thought into their training.
What it does
Phone app that has a temple run game, throughout which you are prompted to answer questions about the store, and watch educational Home Depot videos; level up by watching more videos. Integrated Watson ChatBot to act as in-pocket HR and staff support. Built-in search function to help employees look up products.
Promotes staff learning in an engaging way, and by its virtue, company success (social and $$)
