Inspiration

Many times when my parents and grandparents try to do banking using mobile, they always come to me for help, so instead of me why not create a chatbot which can help them through different complex banking processes, They can ask the chatbot about problems they are facing by speaking or by typing.

What it does

Whenever the user asks a question about any banking process, this chatbot will be able to solve that query. I have just made a prototype, but a fully functional project will be able to talk like a normal human.

How we built it

I have used Flutter, Nodejs, Expressjs, and Mongodb. Mostly chatgpt was my partner and my prototype is not working properly but the Figma design will give you much brief idea about the project.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge was to integrate the frontend and backend. What should be the flow of the project to get it working and to keep it simple so that elderly people can navigate through it easily.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I came up with the idea is an accomplishment.

What we learned

Got to learn how to design and the workflow of the project. Got to learn the basic workings of a chatbot.

What's next for Helper Bot

I will be adding a voice assistant and AI-based assistant which can talk fluently.
