Inspiration
The current pandemic has demonstrated to us the value of standing together during moments of crisis. Social media has played a crucial role providing information to both the needy and the donors, even when the assistance was available in the midst of the chaos and crises.
Twitter has played a crucial role where requests are flooded for assistance and posts from Family members searching for services for their affected loved ones.
Even when there were willing donors with resources, efficiency was hindered by lack of time to locate the needy in a timely manner.
Our motivation was focusing on both the groups of people with and without access to social media came from this, which has increased the demand for a single platform that can connect with everyone, regardless of the location or accessibility.
What it does
In order to address the problem statement, we have developed a solution by connecting people who aren't using these platforms but are nonetheless willing to help. Alerts specific to user location and interests are presented immediately, considerably increasing the possibility that help will arrive in time.
Users may subscribe, select the topics that interest them, and leave the rest to the system. which will notify whenever there is an update on those relevant services in their location.
The email's contextual nature prevents it from clogging consumers' inboxes.
Collect interested areas: People will sign up for themselves and subscribe with their specific interests and the location they are in.
Analyze people Data: We would next gather data on the posts pertaining to the users' interest areas after learning about their interest areas.
Notify registered Users: The system continually monitors that the posts match to the user's interest areas and sends the appropriate alert for each appropriate area
How we built it
The suggested solution was developed using Pega 8.7, and we made use of the most recent capabilities to create the Mashup, Integration rules, and NLP mechanism solutions.
Users Registration: To receive notifications of the tweets or posts they are interested in, users can register themselves. Visitors may view posts organized by category.
Send notification: A job scheduler runs continually, verifies each user's relevant tweets or posts about their interests, and then notifies the appropriate user in accordance with each interest.

Localization (multi language support)
Campaigns can be created to offer or request assistance, and they can be posted through a shared help account on social media.
Interested areas will be extended to Medicines, shelter, cloth delivery to needy or orphanages, old age homes.
Optimizing the posts on selected location from google maps.
Enable directions for navigating to the selected location.
