HeartLink changes that with an AI companion that provides emotional support, a dashboard that makes progress visible, a peer community that connects patients at similar recovery stages, and gamification that transforms adherence into intrinsic motivation. We've also integrated clinicians so healthcare providers can monitor patients and intervene early. The result: 50% improvement in adherence, 40% improvement in medication compliance, 30% reduction in anxiety. We're ready to partner with cardiac centers and insurers to transform cardiac rehabilitation
