Inspiration

The inspiration for the Holographic Learning Cube stems from the growing need to make education more engaging, accessible, and sustainable.

What it does

The Holographic Learning Cube brings interactive 3D holograms into the classroom, allowing students to interact with complex subjects in a dynamic and hands-on way. By projecting holographic models of human organs, historical landmarks, chemical structures, and more, the cube makes abstract concepts tangible.

Accomplishment

One of our key accomplishments is the integration of accessibility features, ensuring that students with various disabilities can fully participate in learning. The inclusion of solar panels and low-energy holographic technology has made the device energy-efficient, which is essential for schools with limited access to electricity.

What we learned

Throughout the development of the Holographic Learning Cube, we learned several valuable lessons. One of the most important was the need for a user-centric design. Listening to teachers and students during our testing phases helped us identify the key features that were most useful and allowed us to refine the cube’s functionality.

What's next for Hardware Education Ideathon

Looking forward, we plan to expand our pilot programs, testing the Holographic Learning Cube in more classrooms and gathering additional feedback to continue refining the product.
