What it does

Its a bar hopping tracker that lists bars around LSU that are frequently visited by students. They are able to count the number of drinks they have and what bars they visit. The effects will visually change depending on the number of bars visited and marked. You can create a new session or access a previous one to see your stats.

How we built it

Flutter for convenient mobile development and quick turn around time. Our backend is a mysql server hosted on a Raspberry Pi.

Challenges we ran into

It took some time to get the server set up and properly connected to the pi. It also takes time for the two devices to sync, but thus are the constraints of this specific tech stack.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Getting any level of this communication to work is always a bonus. This as well as some of the techniques we use to track and store the memory and thinking about the scalability of it.
