What it does

It responds to hand motions through a rock paper scissors game

How we built it

We used python to create a system to recognize dots used to track fingertips

Challenges we ran into

The background was constantly changing so it was hard to distinguish the hand

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We managed to get the software to recognize hand movements

What we learned

Libraries such as opencv and numpy

What's next for Hand Signal Recognition Software

We will apply it to more complex signals such as sign language
