Inspiration

We were inspired to create this mobile app after figuring out how hard it was to form a hackathon team. While devposts offers ways to find people, we realized there were certain criterias that people were looking for when finding teammates.

What it does

Hackysack helps hackers find other hackers with similar interest, desired skill levels and experiences to build the most well rounded teams

How I built it

All the mockups were built on Sketch and prototyped in Invision. The back end was created using HTML, CSS, JavaScript & Meteor framework

Challenges I ran into

We realized how hard it was to condense information into layers - it was challenging to think about what was the most important and relevant information to display on one screen at a time.
