Inspiration
I was thinking about giving a more competitive ( in the funny way ) to hackathons games, I wanted to try api integrations and make it more organized ( team organization, don't be waiting for play, etc...)
What it does
Right now, it is able to make Tournaments and Teams into them
How I built it
I built it learning every thing before I do it, so the capabilities of it are very little.
Challenges I ran into
I have been facing problems with SQLAlchemy imports, using the SQLAlchemy object between diferent files in the project ( context problems ), and the most important, problems to getting Slack OAuth2 api.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Making the DB access work from Flask, finally!!
Getting the project where it is, developing alone.
What I learned
SQL-Alchemy from 0, a lot of flask and a little bit of Oauth2 APIs
What's next for HackTournaments
Make it work for what it's tought. Be able to login and Join teams.
Make able to make matches from admin interface, or using a league management code.
Built With
- flask
- oauth2
- python
- sqlalchemy
