This is our first hackathon and there's no better way than facing the problems yourself to find the solution that will make it easier and better experienec for you
What it does
it simplifies the process of submission and evaluation in hackathons it has 5 profiles and all of them don't require signing up since accounts will be created automatically and credentials for login will be sent by email , there is one for the admin who will have the ability to create an event and an event manager and the manager will create overview about the event which will be displayed to participants to make it easier for manager we made the leader board and chrono for submissions able to be displayed on datashow and teams creation automated by addin excel file containing each participant and its team, he can also add mentors and judges, challenges and requirements for each challenge with coefficients there is participant wholl receive email redirecting him to submission space and he can check the overview , mentors and judges and call a mentor a mentor will have the teams calls to satisfy them and finally a judge who will evaluate and attribute a note for each delivrable the points will be calculated automatically and can add feedback which will be sent to participants alongside with certification

starting by prototyping the ideas on figma and coded it using MERN stack

we learned a lot since we are beginners we had to learn the technologies by doing, also collaboration in stress time is the most important
