💡 Inspiration

MSMEs significantly contribute to the national even can change the world of economy through gross domestic product formation and labor absorption. Furthermore, MSMEs are also economically resilient, thereby supporting the financial system and economic stability.

The role of MSMEs is huge in the recovery of the national and even world economy. Currently, there are 64.2 million MSMEs that contribute 61% of the country's GDP. In terms of workforce, MSMEs can also absorb 97% of the total workforce in this country or around 119.6 million people. "By using digital technology optimally in running their business, MSMEs can get several benefits, including being able to reach a larger consumer base, increase income, facilitate monitoring of business activities, and reduce costs, especially marketing, logistics, and shipping costs," said Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs when closing the "Digitalization Nusantara Expo & Summit 2022" event initiated by the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, virtually, Thursday (31/03).

These enterprises contributed an impressive 60 percent to the country's gross domestic product (GDP) last year, underscoring their significance in sustaining economic growth and stability. Furthermore, MSMEs accounted for an overwhelming 97 percent of overall job opportunities within the nation. Nevertheless, MSME development faces various constraints

  • Time Constraints: The limited time frame of hackathons posed a challenge in developing a fully functional website with various features within the given deadline.

  • Balancing Functionality and UI Design: Striking the right balance between functionality and an appealing user interface was crucial, demanding effective collaboration to meet both technical and design objectives.

  • Technical Issues and Debugging: Dealing with unexpected technical issues and debugging in real-time required quick problem-solving skills to keep the development process on track.

  • Creative Alignment with Themes: Aligning the project creatively with hackathon themes while maintaining innovation presented a challenge, requiring creative thinking and adaptability.

  • Collaboration: Effective collaboration among team members, each with unique skills, was essential to harmonize efforts and ensure a cohesive development process.

  • Pressure for Unique and Impactful Solutions: The competitive nature of the hackathon created pressure to deliver a unique and impactful project, demanding creative solutions within the given constraints.

  • Building a User-Friendly Website: Creating a website that is not only visually appealing but also user-friendly was a key goal. This accomplishment ensures that users can easily navigate and interact with the website seamlessly.

  • Adherence to Theme: Building a great website that adheres to the given theme showcased our ability to incorporate creativity and innovation while staying true to the defined parameters.
