How to use
Inspiration
Hiring the right talent for your growing company is a hassle, companies invest a lot of resources to find the right one! It also knows the best way to hire new talents is with an employees referral campaigns, actually, friends referral have 5X chances of getting hired, faster, cheaper, and they stay longer.
However, it's a massive hassle both for HR and the company's employees, managing the campaign, getting the team to share postings, receive CV leads, and keep track on the referrals list. With Monday Grow Stars integration, we automate all processes, for stress-free referral campaigns — with a single button press. ## What it does With Growstars Integration, we leverage the Monday platform to help companies grow using their employee's social media and connections. HR posts a position opening + reward and launches a campaign on Growstars Board View. Then Growstars creates a unique URL form for every user, creates a Monday table for new applicants to land on, and adds the position on the open positions table. Employees get alerts on Monday and prompt to desktop or mobile widget to share and post the position (Facebook, Linkedin, and more). Their friends then can see it on social media, fill out the role on a 1-minute form, add a reward form and land on Monday position board with their referrer name, so we keep track of the GrowstarCampaign Winner! The leader's table is shown, so everybody in the company will know who are the shining stars to help the company grow!
How we built it?
We have used: Working space, Board View, 2 widgets, Monday Automations, Notifications, API, MondaySDK, Growstars Heroku server, Typeform API, Facebook and Linked share buttons and Mobile native share.
Challenges
We ran into Connecting Monday API with our server and creating Typeform in one press including image upload was challenging! Also getting back applicants with CV files was demeaning.
Accomplishments
We're proud of Easy to use apps to bring value to companies. Our Presentation Video. And the amount of work we do in less than 2 months.

Growstars is a 100% automated employee referral campaign app to get approved by Monday, get on the marketplace, start to get users onboard and bring some value!
