Inspiration
Managing multiple medications can be challenging, often leading to missed doses and negative health effects. With 66% of Americans taking at least one prescription and an average of four per person, forgetfulness—the top cause of non-adherence contributes to over 125,000 premature deaths and 4.5 million ER visits annually. This inspired us to create Pill Pappa AI, a app designed to simplify medication management and improve overall health outcomes.
What it does
Gemini AI scans when uploading a JPG image file of your medication, tracks your medications, and provides an intelligent health assistant.

We learned how to create a very user friendly app using React. Learned how to train our Gemini AI API key.
What's next for Pill Pappa AI
Add the backend to store the data in a database and information that is being asked to the AI chatbot .
