Inspiration

We really enjoy the Japanese culture and thought about how we could make an fps around it.

What it does

You are Kurushima, a high-class ninja who needs back his Katana to fight evil but he will need to fight his way to it.

How we built it

We used Unity Engine 3d 2018 to build the game. We used C# for scripting and obtained the assets from unity asset store, sketchfab, and made a few ourselves.

Challenges we ran into

We didn't have much experience working with unity 3d (worked on unity 2d before), so we had to study a lot to get into it.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to add some japanese bits to our game and also learn some new things along the way.

What we learned

We learned various scripts in unity and various assets and how to use, we also played around with particle effects, post-processing, and line rendering.

What's next for Get that Katana

We hope to make it a full-fledged game by keep working on it
