A platform that will facilitate the process of creating a disaster prevention plan.

Coming up with an idea can be difficult. However, as a team we were quick with coming up with a solution to ongoing natural desaster problems. After coming up with the idea implementing a a design was a challenge for me as well as deciding the stacks that were going to be used. once in an agreement, i contributed to the front end of our web app, debugging, clarifying ideas, and putting together a presentation which took the majority of my time while my team assisted with completing our web app.

I worked together with my team on implementing NYC Open Data API to locate shelters near you. I also helped with landing page boilerplate and cleanup. Finding a solution to implementing IBM Watson Discovery directly using NodeRed and Cors to view the news about user-defined queries.

I worked together with my team designing and working with refining our web application idea. I also helped with implementing IBM Watson's API to search the Discovery News Pre-enriched Data to allow users to search for natural disaster key terms in the news and helped implement the front end with the preparations page.
