Our project is a gas chromatography simulator, a process where compound gas can be seperated in to its components. We modelled gas particles as circles with mass and their collisions as ellastic. The simulation was implemented using javaScript. Initially we lacked ideas of what to create. After having decided on the project, the toughest challenges were finding the proper algorithm for particle collision and merging each others work on GitHub.
