Inspiration

I recently learn't how to use requests and Api responses so i built this to test my knowledge in Api's and python requests.

What it does

It's weather app which takes in the user's input and output's a weather description of the city or the place

How I built it

I built the backend of the website using flask an dthe frontend using only Html and Css. For the Desktop Gui i used tkinter

Challenges I ran into

The biggest challenge was hosting it since this is my first time building a flask website i did not know how to host it. Other challenges were using flask itself the first few hours was me just debugging my mistaked and not understanding how it works lol.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I pushed myself over the limit with this one because I could create something like this in th shortest amount of time possible

What I learn't

I learn't about the flask framework and how python frameworks work in general, I also learn't more anout API's and requests

What's next for Frosty Weather⛅ Web App and Gui

For the future i will like to add more features like sending notifications when it get's too cold or hot and about the weather
