FormBig

FormBig is built on the idea that:

• Data collection should be simple.
• Data collection should not require IT.
• Data collection tools should be extensible.

FormBig automatically converts uploaded Word documents (.docx format) into HTML web forms. Once a form is published, the original author receives notification of submitted responses via email. Responses include data in a structured format, for further post-processing or analysis.
