Inspiration

Our Bruin bear got painted by USC :'(

What it does

You are a Bruin Bear and you are dodging paintballs being shot at you. You also can eat Trojans to gain one life back. Yum!

How we built it

We used swing to render images onto a window. The background is made up of two images of BruinWalk stacked on top of each other. We continuously move the images down and add new background images on top to create the infinite scrolling effect. We also check for collisions between the lovely Bruin bear and paint balls.

Challenges we ran into

How to render and structure a game. Its our first time :)

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We learned about double buffering to get rid of flickering. We also managed to finish making a game :)
