Inspiration

With the rise of people getting affected with Covid-19 we were looking at data on the level of healthcare people all around India was receiving and one of the things we found that people in rural areas are clueless about the symptoms of the disease and also lack proper medical supervision/care.

Hence, we came up with the idea of providing the people all over world an web application that will calculate your calories burned during exercise easily, and help them to stay fit and healthy.

What it does

The FitFocus provide you a smart calorie prediction using ML which predicts the amount of calories burned during the workout in real time. It also prove a smart BMI calculator through which you can calculate your BMI and also suggest you proper diet, and calories according to your BMI.

How we built it

• Frontend: For frontend we have used React Js
• Smart Calorie: Tensorflow, Google Teachable Machine

Challenges we ran into

The most challenging part was the implementation of Smart Calorie prediction, as we were implementing it for web development. For solving this problem we used Tensorflow as it is easy to implement in web sites with ML.
