Short version, sorry.
What it does
Farming simulator that rewards you with ingame perks for eating healthy: It will be linked to colruyt accounts to reward you for healthy purchases and will also give you real life discount codes if you play well.
It further has an educational section with a minigame that lets you catch different eatables and manage your vitamins: 
, etc, and also gives you extra information about the fruits and vegetables you grow on your farm as you unlock them: 
How we built it
Using javascript, css, html. Its a webapp that will in the feature be turned into a full fletched android+ios app.
Challenges we ran into
Biggest challenge is making time for writing this article, we spend all our time adding more features into our game!
