Having a sense of community unites us. Being part of a community can make us feel as though we are a part of something greater than ourselves. But, it has been difficult for so many people over this pandemic.
Our solution was to make a quiz, which people can connect through. This can also be a method to make new friends, for people who felt a sense of loneliness and isolation during this pandemic. It was also to bring a reminder that you’re not going through this alone, and there are people who care about you. You might’ve seen so many familiar quizzes, but the reason this one is different is because you get to be yourself. You get to share your hobbies and interests, and what you like to do in your free time. All of this can really tell people about who you are.
We’ve added colors and designs to our quiz to make it look more appealing. You can start the quiz as soon as you press the start button and this will slowly take you through all the other questions as shown. The questions are pretty common and are also related to community. By the end of the quiz you can compare your results with others and that way, you can see who’s personality matches with yours, and that’d be a great way to start a new friendship.
To make our website, we used Replit. Replit is a simple interactive computer programming environment; and through this amazing tool, we used coding languages such as html, css, and Javascript. It was a little difficult at first to organize things, but once we got used to it, we did a lot of work. It was fun working with HTML, and using it to make most of our project. Thank you for taking your time to take a look at our work. We hoped it was something new and something interesting that hopefully reached your expectations.
